How long does shipping take?
Due to shipping delays caused by covid-19, orders may take up to 2 days processing time before shipping (not including Sundays or Holidays).
The following are delivery expectations once the order has been shipped:
First Class Shipping: Typically arrives in 5 days to 1 week from ship date.
USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives in 3 days from ship date
1 day Express Shipping: Typically arrives one day from ship date
International (Canadian) Delivery: Typically arrives in 1 to 2 weeks from ship date
International (Africa, Europe, and Asia) deliveries: Typically Arrives in about 2 to 4 weeks from ship date
Please allow extra days for holidays and bad weather conditions.
Cards sent directly to recipient are via USPS (Post Office), with 1st class postage stamp applied on the envelope. Delivery expectation is same as Standard Shipping above.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it for a full refund or an equal value exchange.
Q: How are orders packaged?
A: Most orders arrive in a 6x10 mailing envelope backed by Styrofoam to prevent damage. Inside of the package, each card comes with it's own color envelope and protective sleeve. Larger orders typically come in packaged inside of a priority box with cards, envelops, protective sleeves, and storage boxes.
What is your exchange policy?
If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items please contact us and we will take steps to correct your order immediately.
Do we ship to Correctional Facilities, Army Apo, P.O. Box, Boarding School, or Universities?
Yes, but please adhere to the mailing rules of that specific institution. If special mailing accommodations must be made (certain color envelopes, Certain packaging not allowed, must be below a certain size/weight, etc), please let us know in the "special instructions" section at checkout.
Q: My order hasn't arrived
A: If your order hasn't arrived on time or looks as if it isn't going to arrive in time contact us us immediately so that we can take steps to ensure you receive your cards asap.
Q: My order arrived incorrect or damaged
A: Please email us as soon as possible so that we can rush your correct cards to you immediately
